Wedding Packages

This is the "Day of Coordination" package and the most popular service. The process begins 2.5-3 months before the wedding. I take all of the planning that you and your fiancee did and organize all the details into a finalized timeline. I provide checklists to complete prior to your wedding because I want you to feel organized, confident and excited before the wedding day. I will be in constant communication with your vendors, bridal party and parents to make sure they are all on the same page. 

I run your rehearsal (alongside a church wedding coordinator) and will be with you on your wedding day from the moment you wake up to the very end of your reception. I do not organize, plan or attend any "night before" festivities including rehearsal dinners. I will execute the entire timeline, manage the vendors (and family members!), and stressful situations that may arise on your wedding day. My company will work tirelessly to make sure we achieve your wedding vision and have an ideal wedding day. 

The Royal Wedding Package is commonly known as the Partial Planning Package. This package is perfect for couples who have time to plan most of their wedding  but would like further help with their timeline, budget breakdown and vendor selections. I Do Wedding Planning will help to customize your wedding based on your style and budget and keep you on track. Couples are only responsible for finding their church and venue. This package also includes the day of coordination services.
